Southwest Research Institute, San Antonio, TX May 2023 – August 2023
Student Engineer, Automotive Propulsion
Developed and maintained Labview and MoSAIC tools for the calibration of data acquisition systems and thermodynamic instrumentation (pressure transducers, thermocouples, accelerometers) of electrified powertrain dynamometer testing
Responsible engineer for data analysis and post-processing efforts during a 500+ run dynamometer test campaign for axle efficiency/power-loss investigations
Led stress testing efforts investigating power-loss for automotive vehicle axles and spark ignited propulsion elements
Performed Phase 2 Greenhouse Gas Emissions testing on heavy duty axles in compliance with EPA GEM standards
Co-authored proposals to aid in business capture for the powertrain division related to axle shear testing under extreme torque environments

Undergraduate Research Assistant
Responsible for proposal and capture management of Texas A&M’s entry into NASA’s Lunar Surface Technology Research Opportunity 2021 (ALARM) and the lunar data-collection network (ALIGN)
Led a multidisciplinary undergraduate team in design of an external vibrational tamper for regolith damping within lunar surfaces
Presided over team meetings to ensure risk reduction and adherence to program schedule for the development of ground test units
I’m a 23 year old Aerospace Engineer and graduated from Texas A&M in May of 2024.
I have experience in Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, and Matlab. I’m experienced in proposal writing and capture, and I work extremely well in fast-paced environments. I am seeking employment in the Aerospace industry.
My favorite courses in my undergraduate career were Chemical Rocket Propulsion, Machine Learning in Aerospace, and Active Controls for Aerospace Applications.
